With a ground floor area of 24 m² and additional loft space, the house features two lofts - one serves as a cozy bedroom with ample built-in storage, while the second loft is an office space, complete with an elongated oak windowsill that acts as a practical desk.

 

Downstairs, a large solid oak kitchen countertop sits at the heart of the home, comfortably seating up to 4 people. The open-plan layout includes a modified IKEA sofa and a custom-built TV set situated next to a large window, making the living area ideal for relaxation and gatherings.

 

This tiny house offers thoughtful features that prioritize comfort and practicality, ensuring a flexible and efficient living space.
