With a total internal area of 22 m², expanding to 32 m² with lofts, the house maximizes every inch with ample storage, including custom-built stairs that double as shelving. Built with energy efficiency in mind, this house is ready for year-round living and comes fully equipped for a turn-key experience. The exterior is finished with durable spruce cladding and a metal roof, while the interior boasts solid pine wood floors and a custom-made Baltic plywood kitchen.
